Hi
Have been on the diet for just ovr a eyar now, and feeling improvements
I do have one area that I think I may need to work on further.
Whilst I have avoided all legumes from what I actually choose to eat and pretty much do not have any packaged food, Soya lurks in the stuff I can't easily control.. Items such as my perscription Calcium supplment has a little Soya oil (and gelatine) but I can only assume the amounts are very negligible, the other is Soya Leichin (as an emusifier) (in my one treat baked crisps).
As Soya alergies are I gather to the protien rather than the oil, is this also true for our diet that the oil and emulsifiers made are also tolerated/allowed please?
