Hi there BBD'er's!
I was on BBD for nearly 3 years (did have very occasional break-outs though, if I'm honest) but I am back on it again after a break of 2 years - 8 months of pregnancy and first year with my little son. I need to get my energy levels back up again to keep up with him. Already I'm finding I have more energy after only 2 weeks back on BBD.

Just wondering if any of you have "allowed" treats on the BBD - I have a sweet tooth and am finding it tough going. I do allow myself a square of dark chocolate every few days, and I love a small glass of wine about 3 times a week. But is there anything that you know of, or have made, that helps you feel you've had a "treat"?
