Hi, I'm new here so apologies if this has been asked already.
I know what supplements I should take but I need information on when and what quantities at certain times etc.
For instance I know that you should not take zinc and copper at the same time as they compete.
Are there any other bad interactions and is there an easy to follow instruction list?
I assume it's not a good idea to take all the BBD supplements with breakfast.
Please help.
