Hi
Iv'e just started the BBD and so I've given up soya. I just realised that my vitamin E capsules contain soya oil. Any recommendations please on where I can get soya free vit e? Thanks Martin |

I have been looking this up for you.... I would suggest you contact the Nutri Centre in London (tel: 0207 436 5122), they certainly have Soy free Vitamin E. You can get also get Soy free Vitamin E from VEGA supplements here: http://www.positivehealth...itamins/itemprcd/VEG-1702 They are Free From: Artificial Additives, Colours, Flavours & Preservatives; Lactose, Salt, Starch & Sugar; Corn, Gluten, Soy, Wheat & Yeast; Dairy, Gelatin, GM Ingredients, Hydrogenated Fat, Nut & Peanut Derivatives.
